About Fawn Labs


Fawn Labs products do not contain animal ingredients or by-products and are not tested on animals. We are vegan and cruelty-free.


We own a Lifestyle and Beauty Lab in Singapore and it is located at 71-2B Tras Street, Singapore 079010. 

All of our products are formulated and filled at our lab. 


Yes, we do! You can make a visit to our lab during retail hours.

All you have to do is wash and dry your empty bottles and bring it along with you when you visit us.

Our Products


The ingredients we sourced from are from reputable online suppliers with certification for each ingredients. 

We only use organic and natural ingredients in our products. 


Rest assured that our products go through vigorous testings on consumers with different skin types to ensure it is suitable for all skin types.

All of our products are formulated by our certified Formulator (Dip. Organic Skincare Formulations U.K). Fawn Labs conducts research and development on skin, body and wellness products with a focus on Sustainability and Clean Beauty.

We are also in the midst of getting our products certified. 


Congratulations! While we endeavour to be your trusted skincare expert, we strongly recommend you speak to your doctor for the best advice on what products you should and should not use when pregnant.


Fawn Labs products are sized to last the consumer roughly 6-8 weeks based on recommended usage. This can vary greatly based on each consumer’s individual usage amount and frequency. 



All our products have a 2-year shelf-life when unopened. Each product lasts for 6-12 months from the time of opening. 

Most of our products have a shelf life of 2 years, unopened.

You don't need to refrigerate them; just store them in a cool, dark place. (Heat and light are skincare's enemies!) Once opened, the products last 12 months.


At Fawn, we work on each science backed formulation for months and years because our intent is to be Slow Beauty. We want to bring meaningful and effective products that are thoroughly researched and tested rigorously before a launch.

Sustainability

We have a Refillery at our lab. If you would like to refill your empty bottles, you can drop by our lab.

If you no longer want to use our products, you can drop off the clean empty bottles outside our lab. 

Unfortunately, dirty bottles cannot be sterilised. We kindly ask that all returned bottles are in clean and dry condition for us to reuse. Thank you for taking this step with us to build a more sustainable future!

Did you know that an approximate 6% of plastic wastes in recycling bins get recycled in Singapore? (quoted from National Environment Agency website)

This is the reason why we formulate everything here in our lab so they can be refilled. This allows you to reuse your bottles as often as you like, reducing wastes instead of adding to recycling bins.

Orders & Payment


We advise you to please reroute your package through the carrier’s tracking page once shipped, usually in 1-2 business days after an order is submitted.

For any order with an incorrect address, we recommend checking your tracking information daily using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Fawn Labs is not to be held responsible for delivery address changes or incorrect shipping addresses.


It is the customer’s sole and exclusive responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please review and confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete prior to finalizing your order. Fawn Labs will deliver your purchases to the address provided based on your exact shipping instructions.


Fawn Labs expressly disclaims all responsibility for shipments to addresses incorrectly entered at the time of checkout. Be sure to review any pre-populated addresses in your express checkout platforms as they may be connected to an incorrect address.  No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect. If you discover an incorrect address after purchase, Fawn Labs recommends contacting your carrier directly once you have your tracking information to intercept, reroute or pick-up held packages.


You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. The notice will also contain a tracking link within the email that you can click on for more detailed shipping information.

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. Your order will then be reviewed, and after payment has been confirmed, it will be prepared with a shipping label. Once your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, you will then receive another email with your shipping confirmation and tracking information.


Your card will be charged once the transaction has been processed successfully.

In case your order is delayed, please reach out to us at info@fawnand.co as soon as possible and we will go above and beyond to assist you with all the information you need.


If you believe your package is missing, lost or are unable to locate it after being marked as delivered, please contact the associated carrier (utilized for the delivery of your order) for assistance or to file a claim.


Fawn Labs is not be held responsible for missing, lost, stolen packages or damages done after the package is delivered.

Fawn Labs is not responsible for the safety of the packages after the delivery process has been completed by local carriers.


Currently, we are only offering delivery within Singapore. 


For international orders, please bare with us as we are working to get this sorted out. 


Holiday Fulfillment/Shipping

During holiday time, it is normal to see delayed fulfillment times of up to 10 business days. Shipping timelines may run 4-10 business days, and once orders ship it is normal to see packages not update for several days in a row. Rest assured, your package is still moving in the system, please refer to your tracking information for the most up-to-date information.

Local Delivery: 

For orders above S$80, we offer free delivery. 
For orders below S$80, the delivery charge is $5.

International Delivery:

Returns & Exchange

At Fawn, your satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may return the product(s) at your own cost. We will give you a full refund providing the goods are returned to us within 60 days after receiving your purchase. Should you like to return any product(s), kindly note that we do not cover the costs of the product return. This cost is covered by the person who returns the products, not by the company.
